Refund on online purchase

We bought an item online and were notified by Jade that they were out of stock. We asked for a refund immediately on the same day the 20th of May. After numerous e-mails which go unanswered for days as well as phone calls we still have not received our cash back. Today is the 22nd of June. Seems like poor Hayley has been put in the firing line as she keeps referring to her boss that is supposed to do the EFT. Very frustrating indeed
