Refund

I made an online purchase and when I went to pick the headphones was told they were sold out and Layup sold items that were finished. I then after being disappointed request for my refund. That was two weeks ago. I have been move from pillar to post. Have been helped by three people and two of them didn’t even know about my situation. I called this morning only to be told that the lady is on leave. I have been a customer for more than five years. But my last purchase would be my last.
