Pathetic Service is an understatement!!!!

Somebody pls remind me never ever to purchase from this store again. 0 customer service 0 end to end sale skills 0 telephone etiquette As a paying customer who purchased online,I eventually attempt to call the store to requestmy waybill, firstly it sounds like a fish market,the staff cannot hear you speak.Staff are never available,always on lunch or with a client,never follow through with returning your call or just provide feedback. Still don't know the whereabouts of my delivery,and I'm beginning to think SoundSelect is just as clueless ABSOLUTE PATHETHIC SERVICE. I paid for my items,I need some answers
