Pathetic Company - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

Items not delivered on time - No refund 61 Days and counting - Bad Business Ethics

Ordered a sound system and paid for on the 2 March 21 for a company function of the 6 March 21. Despite promises, items were not delivered and we had to make alternate arrangements on the morning of the function to hire equipment. Order was subsequently cancelled and a refund was promised. To date no refund has been received and despite numerous phone calls and e-mails, there has been no response.

Both Tim and Hailey are nonchalant and the owner does not deal with customers

I wouldn't deal with this company at all - bad business ethics and absolutely no customer service or communication.
