Pathetic

A business with the worst communication skills I've seen in a long time.

I've ordered a product on the 10th of February. Was informed couriers would contact me. I had to remind them of the product I ordered and they then instructed the courier to deliver. On the 22nd I received the package with the wrong item. They sent the courier to collect the wrong stuff on the 24 without contacting me. Up until today, 5th of March, they have refused to communicate.

This is pathetic.
