Oversold product and not taken respinsability
They oversold the piano i bought and offer me a cheaper one instead for the same price or to pay R8000 extra if i want the new version! It was their mistake and i have to pay for their mistake. They still have my R25,000 after 2 months and are very slow in responding. Do not bother to go into this website.

30 Nov 2020, 20:21Thanks, an update to my review, the owner of business contacted me and is taking my case, he told me he will call me at the end of month and he did call and let me know the new stock has arrived and he said they will be responsible for this situation, even if they have to run a loss, so I am just waiting for my piano, and hopefully no new surprises after so long. so I will give an update to let know how it is managed.
