No good service

I purchased a Hybrid PA 12 Bluetooth speaker from this company and after collecting it from there premises I used it to find there is a interference on the background sound I returned it and was told by staff no problem within 2 days it will be exchanged and courier to me a week after I returned it still no feedback rill I called and was told speaker fine it is just because it is a entry-level and I must not expect to much. After visiting another sound shop today to find that there 2 demo units haven't got the same problem so I requested a refund or exchange unit and that got laughed off. The customer service I received was unsatisfied. Two weeks after payment no speaker is this what you going to get even if you do a online purchase.
