New items faulty, impossible to return for a refund.
Abominable customer service. Beware that it is very likely that you will be delivered a faulty item out of the box, they will keep your money, and they will not make any effort to replace what's broken. I've had multiple bad experiences with this company and I will not be using them ever again.
