Itile Terrible service

purchased a toilet from Itile. They sold me a chipped toilet. I raised the matter with the sales manager who then escalated it to his boss Manny Gouviea. Manny is blatantly rude no sense of empathy towards customers. Without listening to my complaint he told me straight up that he WILL NOT replace the chipped toilet. After spending so much money I'm stuck with a chipped toilet that was not even checked in presence if it's on order. Pathetic service from Itile!
