Incorrect Pricing Advertised

I was looking to purchase a set of headphones and found the pair I was looking for at SoundSelect.co.za The price was a great price at R1890. I started an online chat with them on their web page and they were happy to assist me and proceed with the sale...that is until I confirmed the headphone price with them at R1890, suddenly they went quiet and said nothing for about 15mins. I tried to engage on the chat but they did not respond immediately, a few minutes later they told me to hold on as they were busy. When they did come back they told me they had no stock and the price advertised on their web site was the old price and that I should refresh my browser to see the new price. I refreshed the browser and wow the price was now R2535!!!

I expect them to honour the price they advertised. If they want to do a price adjustment they are welcome to do so after my purchase at the advertised price! I did not expect them to do a price adjustment right in the middle of my order because they advertised the incorrect price and then expect me to pay their new price suddenly! Very disappointed and in my opinion comes down to very poor customer service - their mistake but I have to pay for it. Obviously took my business else where and purchased the headphones from MusicExperience.co.za where I had a MUCH better experience and still paid a really good price. Thank you MusicExperience.
