Phoned their sales to confirm a part I was looking for was instock. They told me they have it in stock, I then emmediately proceeded to order that exact same part, just to be notified in 3 days time that there was no stock. They obviously suggested a "replacement" part which is more expensive. This is not how one conducts business.

I strongly recommend you consider other stores to avoid frustratuon.
