Improved Experience

During Black Friday, I visited Sound Select the day before the sale to ask a few questions about how everything would run and what to expect. Unfortunately, when I got there, it was extremely busy and no one really had the time to assist me. It was quite frustrating because I had used petrol to get there, only to leave without any help. That experience immediately gave me a negative impression of Sound Select.

Today, as I was leaving the house, I was trying to decide where to buy my Audio-Technica M30x headphones—or just a good pair of music production headphones in general. I considered Sound Select again and even tried calling them, but the call system felt a bit impersonal, so I ended the call. I was still unsure, but eventually decided to put Sound Select into my GPS and head there, even though I felt a bit uneasy because of my previous experience.

When I arrived, I honestly expected another disappointing interaction. However, this time was completely different. I was assisted by a lady named Shejay, and she was absolutely great. She was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to speak with me properly and gave me helpful options regarding the headphones I was looking for.

I also shared my previous Black Friday experience with her, and she sincerely apologized on behalf of her colleagues, which I really appreciated.

Overall, this visit completely changed my perception. I had a very positive experience, and the service I received from Shejay stood out. Because of this, I would definitely return to Sound Select in the future whenever I need any sound-related.
