I AM NOT HAPYY

I bought recording equipment before lockdown, within a week Monitor Speakers started to produce no sound. I took them back on 02/04/2020, been going back and forth about them being fixed. I can't do anything or go on with my work because I am without speakers, I can't make money. But I did pay for the equipment. No one seems to know what's going on. I had several calls with staff members here in Woodstock Soundselect, but..... Today I went there because they told me last week that my speakers are fixed, only to find that they are not fixed at all, and they even look old but I returned them new. I am not happy at all with this, I am told to wait until Friday, I have been waiting since February. COME ON!!!!
