Horrific customer experience

Horrific customer experience!! I've never experienced such a disgusting customer experience! I returned an item I purchased within my 7 day window for a refund. I was given a long story about refunds, but as soon as I mentioned that the consumer protection act allows me to make a return within 7 days, they obliged. It's been 2 weeks now since I returned the item and I've still not been refunded. I've followed up 3 times and each time I get a different story and have to argue with the staff. I've now asked to speak to the manager / owner and the staff refuse to put me through to either. I've purchased from here at least 3 times and have spent more then R20,000 at this shop but I will NEVER purchase from here again. Beware of this place, their after sales service is disgusting!
