Great Product and Great Service

I ordered a set of ATH-M50x - Audio-Technica from sound select (not knowing much about soundselect) and to my surprise the service was excellent.<br> <br> I placed the order on a Tuesday (COB) and had received (From JHB to Durban) my headphones by Thursday lunch time.<br> <br> I excitedly unboxed my headphones only to find a fault on the left CUP.<br> <br> <br> As soon as I discovered this , I called Sound Select , Chris was very helpful.<br> By COB Thursday Sound Select let me know that they will be replacing my headphones with brand new ones and I was told that the courier will collect the old ones and give me the new pair.<br> <br> <br> To my utter shock I got a call from my office to say there is a courier waiting for you with your new headphones on Friday Morning. (about 18 hours after they agreed to exchange them.)<br> <br> The Service provided was pretty amazing , I was contacted at least a dozen times from placing the order to Receiving the replacement Set. <br> <br> The provide visibility from start to finish.<br> <br> Along with the great service they stock many product that no one else does. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
