GFS couriers - shoddy service

GFS couriers have repeatedly been delivering my parcels to a person with the same number and street name, but in a totally different district than mine. My full address including area and area code is always provided but they seem to just pick the first option that comes up at their distribution centre here in Cape Town. I called them this week and the customer service consultant put the phone down in my ear.
