Faulty Column Speaker ~ Great service and Swift exchange

So this is my 2nd review this month. And again no issue with the service. I had an issue with the one column speaker making a crackling noise and contacted Luke after 6pm and he reasured me that he will do the best he can to help me. And within 2 hours my Column speaker was exchanged.

Special thanks to Luke by Sound Select as well as Hailey (hope have the name right) as well as the Audio Centre SA Representative for the swift no hassle exchange. Really makes me proud to deal with such professional personnel in this industry.
