Extremely Poor / Non Existing Customer Service

Very bad service. I ordered an item in May 2022. It was out of stock, I was not updated and had to follow up every month. It was delivered in mid November. We had already purchased an alternative item for an event as we could not wait any longer. I have been trying to contact the store from the day after it was delivered and up to now, they have not answered their phones or rep**** to my emails. Very good pricing, very bad customer service. Very disappointed, would not recommend them to anyone.
