Egregiously disappointing seller

Oh Lord this is probably the worst, grotesquely ********** seller I’ve ever had to deal with! I placed an order with Tim in May 2020 this year for basstraps. The whole time I’ve been sending him emails with useless replies here and there. When I spoke to him last week he finally ‘apologized’ and **** that the basstraps will be dispatched for delivery. He even took my delivery address on WhatsApp! I call him again this week-he says ‘He doesn’t know what to say’. Promised as usual he is getting it sorted but he never reaches out !! All I want now is my refund as I don’t have time for registering litigation but if that’s my only choice so be it. I sternly warn you not to even think of buying from these guys it’s a ****!!!!!
