Dissatisfied with product

I purchased a QTX VH2 wireless microphone set on the online store. I wasn't happy with the quality of the product so I sent it back. Soundselect told me it was repaired and sent it back but after testing it again I am still not happy.<br> <br> The range for its audio sensitivity is too low making you have to hold the mic to close to your mouth for sound to be picked up and the signal doesn't always reach the receiver properly resulting in sound that cuts off every now and again. This product isn't functional and usable.<br> <br> After emailing soundselect, I was told that the guarantee period is over even though I still have a few months left. I tried emailing the area manager but no response.
