Dissapointed

Purchased a brand new pioneer ddj flx4 online. Received the unit with dent to side of the controller. Original packaging was damaged. Immediately emailed SoundSelect on 3rd of Seotember 2025. Only one response stating they are working on it. No remedy or solution since then. My emails go answered. Will not use this supplier. I will now hand this over legally as no remedy has been provided. No communication from this store.
