Disgruntled Friend

I am deeply disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism displayed towards what could have been an asset to this company.

They had a candidate that they were going to interview today for a sales role within the Woodstock Branch, moving his interview times at least 3 times within in a space of two days. Not once did they advise the candidate to bring a long a CV as this was already uploaded once the ad was responded to.

They spoke to this person for all of 1 minute, only to let them know he was not what they were looking for, no other questions asked, only cared about whether they had sales experience. You had someone who knew music, who knew sound and could get more traffic into your store as he has quite a number of friends in the industry. They did not even bother to find out about any of this, just wasted valuable time by the constant moving of the original appointment time.

Pathetic. Will not recommend anyone to work there, seems people who sell sports gear can also sell music instruments and sound equipment.

If you actually had time to interview a potential candidate and actually asked the proper questions deemed fit for an interview your store could probably do better.
