****py service

I have been given the run around on a amp repair for about two years already , their repair department has kept me waiting for months at a time with **** like awaiting transistors from Germany , to have the amp returned with the original distortion problem still present . This has happened on three or four occasions. As I have insisted on testing the unit before taking it back , all the shop personnel know that it is still faulty . On more then one occasion I have been assured that the unit has been tested , made the effort to drive the 200 km to town and back to get there and find the same problem . <br> I was promised two weeks ago by the manager that I would have a repair or replace answer by Monday afternoon . This never transpired , and now they want to continue giving me the run around by sending it again to an obviously *********** repair department . This is unacceptable considering the repair was paid for more than a year ago already .
