Be warned: Soundselect to be AVOIDED - No products, No REFUND! ! !

On 16/10/2019 I placed an online order as well as made immediate payment. I followed up on my order and was promised delivery by 25/10/2019 only to find out that they don't have the stock as promised online, available. Substitutes was suggested, but my deadline for getting the items expired and I was forced to go and purchase the items from another music store. When you phone to speak to Jade van Staden, the staff passes you on from one to the other, stalling techniques. Every call took about 15 mins of airtime, holding on for him. Then I got the promise of being called back, which never happened. I have emailed them several times to follow up on my refund of R2,389, but the most communication a customer can expect, is their automated email which claims they can't wait to help you, that they pride themselves on their super fast response time and that you can expect to hear from them within in 1 business day, if not much, much sooner.

I wish I checked the reviews before dealing with Soundselect. I acted in good faith and was taken for a ride. I am still waiting for my refund - 21/11

DON'T BUY FROM SOUNDSELECT, YOU'RE SET TO LOOSE MONEY AND BE VERY DISSAPOINTED.
