Bad service rude people and false advertising

Terrible service and attitude, false advertising, rude staff/management. they had an item on their website and I had an online chat with someone called Luke. He said all good I can come and buy the item. got there and they made me wait while they ran around looking for the item. couldn't find the item. then the staff started arguing among them selves about who posted the item on the website. very unprofessional. Luke's rude attitude stinks. only deal with them if you have time to waste on a very bad experience.
