Bad quality, no customer service

I ordered a dual wireless microphone set for our church (AKG WMS40 Mini2). When testing the set, we discovered that it had no squelch - so when the microphone is switched of, you get a load static hiss. The signal from the microphones often would break up causing loud crackles and pops even in a range of 2 to 3 meters. Contacted Kim to request a return but after asking me for the order number - there was no response to numerous attempts at contact. I eventually got a much better set on Takealot for almost half the price (Hybrid U-DV MKIII) that works perfectly and at least they accept returns if you are not satisfied. I would not recommend or use Sound Select again - this was a very expensive lesson.
