BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

This must be the worst service I have ever in my life ...anywhere... I send in a dual cd deck in January for repairs... first they lost the CD players controles... then after 4 months I get the decks back wrapped in some brown paper (where is the box I sent my decks in?) and no cables. A week later after throwing my toys out the cot i get the cables in the post only to find out that the decks still have the same problem, so im not sure what cost R1500 to fix. Now ive sent them back two weeks ago and nobody wants to answer my calls and I just get pushed from one person to another. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SOUND SELECT HAVE MADE ME BEG FOR EQUIPMENT THAT IVE SENT IN FOR REPAIRS.... DONT DEAL WITH THIS SHOP. USELESS
