Appaling service from Jade and Luke

I purchased TAMA HV5WN IRON COBRA 600 HARDWARE KIT equipment on the 16th October 2025 order ***. I waited to the delivery to take place within 48 hours and nothing came forth. I called the store and they referred me to Luke who promised to get back to me after checking the status of the order. He never did and after two days I called him and he said they don`t have stock and will propose something cheaper and I did not accept the offer. He then said he will follow up with the supplier and revert back to me I waited for another two days and he never called me and I called him and he was not available. He returned my call and said the supplier does not have stock. He suggested that they will build a new hardware which will take a week or so and will let me know once ready. It`s been two solid weeks and no feedback provided. I called back the store and I could not find Luke and never returned my calls. I called the store on the 15th and was advised that Luke is off I then asked to speak with the manager Jade who was busy and he offered that he will call me back. I never received the call and I called him on Monday and he did not have the details but he promised to call me back which he never did. I called him back on the 18th and was very dissapointed as he never recalled our conversation and did nothing about it . He promised to revert back to me and he never did, I called ce store and left the meeting but to date as I write this query no one has called me
