Supply unreliable defective products and not willing to refund

I bought an entertainment centre for R45 000 from Sounds Great Menlyn. I will never visit that store again. within 3 months of purchase the subwoofer gave problems. i retured it to the store and the store wanted me to pay for the fixing of the radio. I have since decided to take them to court. Poor service. Terrible unresponsive manager who doesnt return calls or emails. I wouldnt buy from this store again even if it was free.
