SOUNDS NOT SO GREAT!!

I AM FUMING FLAMES OF FIRE. I Purchased a Samsung TV yesterday 26.05. at Sounds Great Clearwater Mall, I got maintenance guys to come mount it up for me when we discovered that there is no TV cable in the box, but how can it not be in the box when the box was neatly SEALED! I then discover a small note tucked inside the TV instruction book which states that THIS IS A SECOND HAND TV THAT WAS SOLD TO ME BY SOUND GREAT AS BRAND NEW (who ever this is, Thank you. I would be unsuspecting that this is a second hand TV), I remembered the sales guy had mentioned they only had 1 faulty unit left, he went behind the computer and said”ooh, the guys upstairs say there is a new unit left”, CLEARLY IT WAS THE FAULTY UNIT!! I immediately call the store and I was told that they can give me a Hisense TV, I refused on the spot, they told me to take another which is R700 more and I still refused as that was not what I wanted. The sales gentleman said he would open a brand new TV from the box in front of me and I still said NO! The one I am stuck with now was in a perfectly sealed box and not only was it 2nd hand, it’s now 3rd hand!!!! I have asked for my refund and they have mentioned that their driver will collect it first thing tomorrow morning but now I have to take time off from my busy work schedule at home, during these Covid 19 times to go claim my refund of which I am not even sure I will get judging by all these negative reviews!!! I a very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
