Sounds Great Clearwater never.....!

<p>on the 22nd November I bought Denon AVR2200 that didnt work the minute i took it out of box.........drove back for review and was promised it is working.....2 days later i took it back again, asking for a full refund and was told i should wait until source of fault is found........10 days later, nobody at Sounds Great Clerwater came back with any form of feedback....i decided to call hedoffice and was promised they will come back to me within a day....nobody from head office has called, either to check, update, or even apologise and own up.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was promised a full refund within three days aftyer my second visit to the store.....to this day.....nothing has been done and i am sitting at my house without any explanation....i ended up paying an extra R15,000 for another Receiver somewhere and my money is sitting with very incosiderate management.....i beleive strongly that if i was a white male/femalemy complaint woulld have been sorted within reasonable amount of time without any form of handling costs due to the fact, non customer fault policy. Sounds is the worst experience ever for me having paid R11,000 on the spot.</p> <p> </p>
