Selling faulty goods

I bought a soundbar and box from Sounds great Kolonade at first they gave me the wrong box and i could not pair the bar and box after i went to the shop numerous times complaining they finally gave me the correct box i could pair the two but it would only stayed paired for 10mim then i have have to pair it again then they send me to Euro vision for it to be paired in Fourways went back to Kolonade to get a new system because the system was only 6 months old just to be told they will book it in and see if i can get a new system or a refund i was never treated like this before
