Replacement of Lenovo laptop

My house was burglarised in November but the ****** goods have been refunded/replaced by Outsurance. Problem is that the one Lenovo laptop is a complete dud and nothing is working. I have relocated to George and I am struggling now for almost a week just to get in touch with the warehouse where the Lenovo had been sent from. I urgently need this product since I am working from home and I am desperate!
