False promises to staff members

I've been working for Sounds Great Woodlands from September 2015 up until September 2017. I resigned because i've started my own business and gave in my written resigned letter end of August 2017. Sound Great Woodlands payes your salary end of the next month for eg. I've received my salary for August end of September. Here is my problem, i received NO PAYMENT for my work in September, that falls under *****. Jaco Myburg the Are Manager and I came to an egreement that they will pay my full salary for September and that I can take my payed leave from the 11th of September. Allison who is the Admin lady at Woodlands was in fact witness. When I asked her why I didnt get my payment for September month end of October 2017, she said that Jaco did agree and she will find out. Jaco Myburg said that he refuse to pay me after the AGREEMENT. You get a basic salary of R5000 and then follows com. I shoudl've received my full salary. All staff members agreed that it always works like that, you should receive your full salary. The law states that "An employee is entitled to be paid full salary up to the last day of work, plus outstanding leave pay, bonuses, ect." Also if the employer refuse that i take my full payed leave then I needed to work untill month end BUT, in this case Jaco Myburg agreed that I can take my payed leave. NO ONE is doing anything about it and its already December. I want answers in the next 24 hours otherwise i've got all the right to take this matter futher. Sounds Great Woodlands always work against labour law, if one actually investigates this they will find all the answers. They never look after their employees. We were forced to work more hours than expected and never gets overtime pay. When it comes to pay salaries there's always something to say from management. EVERY employee should get payed for their hours and services they provide.
