Bad bad bad very bad experience

Please do yourself a favor before purchasing anything from any of these stores. Try and get a customer line or e-mail. You will quickly notice that something like this does not exists for these stores. I would assume that as in my case you cannot find anyone to assist you. Purchased a sound-bar 12 months ago, had no use of it for 3 of the 12 months.
