Appalling service and no attempt to honor warranty

I bought an Onkyo amp along with a speaker set recommended by Sounds Great, the amp stopped working within 2 months, I took it in for repair and they took 3 months to come back to me with the comment "no fault found" and simple reset. about 2 months later the same thing happened, again they took about 3 months to get back to me with the same message "no fault found". I had to chase them to come back to me and I insisted that they replace the unit because it clearly was faulty. They said that they would not honour the warranty because I didn't have the original packaging. So of the less than a year of owning the unit, they have had it for about 3 months and it hasn't worked for the vast majority of the time. So appalling service and a worthless warranty is what you can expect from these people.
