ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE AT KOLONNADE BRANCH!

On the 30th of August I brought in the Samsung microwave I bought from the Kolonnade Shopping Centre Store in Pretoria (with my purchase slip). Microwave bought on the 9th of January. We barely used the microwave, and it broke - it did not heat the contents/food inside and after a few minutes of running it completely turned off. This microwave was not even old or used that much in any way that it could be understandablethat it could've broken.!

We have tried unplugging it from the wall socket and plugging it in elsewhere, nothing worked. Only after quite a few hours it would then all of a sudden power on again.. This kept happening for months before I decided to take it back to the store. When arriving at the store, returning the microwave, we were helped quickly and in a friendly way, sad to say that this is not the end result! They booked in my microwave to be sent away for investigation and told me it would not take any longer than 2 weeks before I have either my microwave back or replaced..

I phone after 2 weeks several times, staff there promised to phone me back and ya well since, I am still waiting.

I even spoke to the Manager called DeWet there at a stage and he also promised to get back to me soonest, yet here I am now writing on HelloPeter about the absolute poor service received from this store and it's staff!
