Speedy and excellent delivery and customer service

I bought a amp and double din on Soundmatch website on Sunday 10 May 2020 (yes, I was bored). When I followed up on the order this morning, I was told that they will get their HO to give me a call with an update because after I checked if the order was dispatched on their website, it said "not yet dispatched". 15 minutes after I was done with the call from the branch, my wife called to say my items were delivered and another 20 minutes or so, a lady by the name of Megan (from HO) called to say it's out for delivery.

This is basically a thank you and a well done review taking into consideration the situation (Covid-19) we find ourselves in at the moment.

So once again, thank you Soundmatch for your speedy service and I look forward to doing business with you in the near future again.

And then a call from Kyle at the branch I called to follow up with, to confirm the order. Brilliant!!!!
