Soundmatch Parow stay far away

Had a system installed at parow branch which included Digital Designs split system. On the day of installation one crossover wasn’t working and it was the last set and they ‘made a plan’ for me like they told me. Took my car for a carpet clean then they showed me the cross-overs and extra long cables is just forced behind the passenger carpet on the footwell and it’s not even DD it’s Energy Audio. Not too mention the poor workmanship. So that’s the ‘plan’ they made for me. I’m not even going to bother fighting this I’ll just cut my losses and never return.
