Soundmatch disgusting service

Bought a set of sony 4 ince speakers and no less then 2 weeks brought it back. Soundmatch tested it and found that the speakers were faulty but refused to exchanged it and refund me because they dont provide customers with warranties for speakers. At no point was this explained to me during my purchase. They took the speakers to their head office for further tests and reaffirmed that it was faulty and requested that i pay R350 for the repairs. The purchase was R350 and installation R150. They thereafter told me that they will not exchange or refund me and i must take acation if i want. I regret spending my time and money on them and will never go back. I recommend that everyone stay way from them.
