No service

On the 10th of September I visited the Soundmatch Goodwood branch and purchased a sound system. I was told by the Salesman that the Phoenix Gold brand was one of the best on the market. Also considerably more expensive. I decided to purchase this brand due to the quality of the speaker. Soundmatch installed the sound system. After only a month and a half the left side Tweeter is no longer working. I went back to Soundmatch on the 4th of November. Upon arriving at the store I explained my issue and was immediately told by an arrogant Salesman that there was no guarantee on speakers but they would have a look. I pulled the car in and waited 15 minutes. I then enquired on when I will be assisted and was told by Ruan that I was \on the list"I waited another 30 minutes and then left. Its strange that the day I went to purchase the sound system the Customer service was outstanding! Now that I had an issue the Salesmen were not friendly at all were not really willing to resolve my issue. Extremely poor customer service and also a poor product which was supposedly \""one of the best speakers in the world\"" I implore all consumers to refrain from using Soundmatch or their products. """
