Damaging property

Writing on behalf of a good friend. He had speakers fitted and they broke a clip on his seat. He had to point it out to them and they argued about it. He left it, but damn, it's not the first I hear about soundmatch Goodwood branch breaking something and not owning up to it. I won't say don't support them, but please, you've been warned.
