BAD SERVICE AT SOUNDMATCH

I visited soundmatch Bellville on Saturday 18.01.2025 and installed a sound system and regassed my aircon..before leaving i noticed that the aircon was not blowing cold. The sale consultant told me that the A/C technician will be in on Monday. On Monday I then called and a difference sales person answered who said i can come, i then drove all the way back to Soundmatch Bellville from Herm**** and arrived sortly after 10am only to be told in a very arrogant and sarcastic manner by the same salesman who spoke to me on the phone that i will need to leave my bakkie there for two days because there is another vehicle before me and the technician is now busy with that vehicle as they work in a first come first serve policy. The manner in which this guy spoke along with something he could have told me on the fone disappointed me, just kept quiet and left. I didn't even bother explaining the electric noise that i hear on the system that they installed, not to mention that i drove so far for a service in not to happy with.

I would like to get a refund, and take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
