Bad customer service

By far the worst service I've seen. Staff are just fooling around while only one person is struggling to assist and then after hours of waiting you find out they can't help you. This is the second time I've visited the place and even so I'm even more dissapointed. There's no ambition to keep their clients happy and the way they speak to clients are so unprofessional.
