Hi, I recently needed headphones for my hard of hearing husband and when I contacted the TV head office they said it was impossible because when you switch on your headphones it turn off the TV sound for others..... Well luckily I didnt give up and made enquiries and ended up contacting Dewet of Sound Xperience. From that moment on I had the most unbelievable excellent and outstanding service imaginable for these days. Dewet advised me on which headphones to purchase that would suit our needs and after all my questions, to which I got immediate replies mind you, I went ahead and ordered the Sennheiser headphones as recommended. Within 3 days we received our headphones and although Dewet asked us to phone as soon as we received them so that he could guide us through the connecting process, my husband figured out how to connect them seeing that it was late and Sound X perience was closed by then. It is perfect for our needs and all I can say is that this company seems to employ only the most knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I would recommend their service to all and sundry out there.
