Very unhappy customer
After receiving good service from the company when I purchased a item online from them, the trouble started when my online purchased was delivered to me only to notice that the item I purchased was damaged in its original package so the courier company is not to blame I have sent 2 emails to the company but yet to get any response from them their customer service really sucks for a online company and I will never purchase online again from them

We appreciate your effort in addressing the issue here so that others can benefit. Can you kindly provide your order number so that I can review the case further as I have looked at all pending rma's and found nothing under your name and also any cases regarding delivery of a damaged system.
We always insure our parcels with DHL to insure that we have very minimum inappropriate experiences so we should not have much difficulty resolving your case
