Terrible/horrific customer service
I order a radio from them 3 weeks ago today, follow up after 7days and they said they are going to deliver the next day, it's been 7 more days.
My issue now is they don't respond to their email, they don't answer their phone, the internet robot thing seems not to be working. It's been 3 days now trying to get hold of them.
Don't even want the radio now, I want my money and the is absolutely no way of getting hold of them.
Horrible service, I don't recommend them.

Thank you for addressing your issue on this platform so that others can benefit. Our standard eta for delivery is 5-10 working days as stated on our website this is due to some of our stock held at takealot warehouse or overseas warehouses. This means we may need to collect directly from them and book collection directly. Having reviewed your order placed on the 16th, the order was sent out within 9 working days which is still within our delivery times.
I do however apologise for the inconvenience and hoping that the feedback provided herein will resolve the issue.
