Terrible Service and Quality – Avoid Sound Louder (soundlouder.co.za) I had a horrible experience with Sound Louder. They brought the wrong radio on the promised installation day, then made me wait over a week for the correct one. When they finally came (late), the radio wasn’t in original packaging, and they rushed the job without proper tools – I had to lend them mine! The installers, Tee and Keke, destroyed both my front and rear decals by drilling into them to mount cameras. The radio is poor quality – Bluetooth barely works and randomly disconnects. They offered no help in using it and promised to replace the damaged decals, but I haven’t heard from them since. They now ignore all my calls and messages. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth your money. Avoid this company.
