Terrible Service
<p>The radio came two weeks later than expected and after about a 100 emails I have had no luck with the installation, these guys are very unprofessional when it comes to service delivery. They have no contact details except for an email that gets ignored! Stay Away!</p>

I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am a represantative of the company and part of the support desk
As we see in our system, looking at your order history, we have found that your initial enquiry was made on 10th of october 2016 and the quote was submitted on the same day. Based on our policy and history in the past we are unable to process orders anymore until full payment has been received. Your payment was only received on the 25th of october 2016 and your order was processed and shipped the next day.
The order was delivered on the 4th november 2016 which is within a week of delivery thus your claim that delivery was made after 2 weeks is cancelled and untrue as we have seen in the order history
I have also seen that the installation was delayed by the fitment company that handles our fitments as there were unable to install the unit at the date you had requested but only done the next day which you have confirmed and agreed that has been done to your satisfaction
I would like to thank you for your review and hope that we have managed to clarify all the issues and have high expectation that such situation will not take place in the future.
