Sounds Louder takes payment but does not deliver

Been over a month with full payment but only excuses and no delivery. Please don't use them as they then don't respond to what'sapp or emails. I have have to pursue the legal route now to recover the money with costs

Thank you for reverting. Can you kindly provide your order number so that we can investigate further as the delay is excessively long and exceeds our standard delivery times. I would like to investigate the events which may have led to such a delay to enable us to prevent such occurrences and improve on the service we offer.
